The rooms are small and slanted as a whole. However the reason you pick this hotel is location. You get off the train turn right and walk less than 5 minutes. No long walks over bridges or dealing with water taxis. You get this place so that the only thing you haul through Venice is you and your family not your luggage.

It’s a 4 minute walk from the train station. So the less time with your bags, the better. The location was ideal. We travel to experience the location not the hotel. As long as it is clean, has a bed and provides the amenities listed, it’s a go for me.

Room did not have air conditioning, there was poor water pressure in the bathroom sink, black mold in the shower and the hair dryer had to be used on a low setting, otherwise it would over heat and not work. The staff on the other hand were very nice and helpful.

The room was tiny with an uncomfortable bed. There was no AC, only two small fans while it was +37 outside and about the same temperature inside. The hotel was falling apart with leaks in the hallways and black mold in the bathroom. The pictures on the website do not look like the actual hotel at all. I would highly recommend spending a little extra money and staying somewhere decent.

After checking in at the hotel and settling into the room, we realized the "Ventilation System" (which the hotel manager calls the Air Condition) is broken. They did not mention it when we checked into the hotel. We had reserved the hotel for 3 nights but we checked out the next morning. Hotel will not refund us
