From the moment we checked in we knew this will be a superb experience especially thanks to an amazing stuff and owners. Bus stop direct line to Venice right in front of hotel entrance, tickets for bus, train, boat right at the front desk, quiet place, perfect place for our family of 4.
This hotel is run as a family business and the owners are very friendly and acommodating. The staff was super polite and helpful and the room clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine as well. Location is perfect for travelling to Venice, they even sell bus and vaporeto tickets at the hotel reception. We warmly recommend this hotel to fellow tourists.
We had a great stay at this hotel. perfect location to take the bus into Venice and visit for the day; the hotel sells the day passes for the bus/waterbus transportation as well. The rooms had air conditioning but if you're not present in the room the air conditioning and lights/electronics turn off. We left our electronics to charge and expected after a hot day in Venice to return to a nice cool room but when we came back the room was a boiler and the electronics were not charged. The way around that is to tell the front desk to turn it on for you while you are out.
