Typical to have old hotel in Venice.
A staff at check-in, not very friendly.
Bed was terrible!
I had a shared bathroom (no toilet or bathroom in the room) which I did not know until I got there.
If you are expecting to stay in a nice hotel, this is not for you.
But the price is reasonable.
It is located in a hidden street which are normal in Venezia. It is close to the water transportation and the Ponte Vecchio.
The restaurant is great with abundant food, you will enjoy it
The staff at the reception and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great and close to Termini and Tiburtina stations, food, shopping and archaeological sites. Overall very pleased with our stay.
This was a nice quiet hotel. The rooms are very antique looking if that is your vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to great food and shopping

Liked: Staff & service
The hotel was good but not elevator, and I have back problems, going up, going down with my luggage very disappointed
I stayed in the single room and it is wonderfully Venetian!
Small, but perfectly formed.
It was comfortable, with good storage space.
Please note that the room is very dark; there is a window, however there is a shutter from another window obscuring half of it, so there is little to no daylight.
The pillows weren’t great and could do with being replaced.
The room was clean, fabulously decorated and good value.
There isn’t a lift, and a big staircase, so be prepared if you have mobility issues.
The location is fantastic, literally 3 minutes walk from main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Perfect location - close to Rialto bridge and Saint Mark’s Square.
Not a lot of options for breakfast, but what they did have tasted good.
As a solo traveler, I had a very small single room with a bathroom outside my room; however my small room had charm.
