Excellent breakfast, Federico is the friendliest receptionist I have ever had in a hotel. He is so nice and helpful and courteous. The room we had was small but it has everything you need, coffee and television and the most comfortable beds! The best part of the hotel is its location, close to everything.

This hotel was out of this world! It captures the feeling of "Old World Venice" perfectly. The decor, the vibe, and the building itself are just stunning. It felt unbelievable to stay in such a historic and beautiful setting. The room was comfortable and soaked in charm.
