We traveled with a large party of 13 family members ranging from the ages of 15 to 74. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and included eggs, sausage, fresh juices and different types of coffee. The only negative was the stairs you had to go up and down with your luggage but the staff was so wonderful and helped us with that as well. Thank you!!

This was our first stop on our first trip to Italy and we couldn’t be happier. The hotel was easily accessible yet tucked away perfectly. It was clean, well maintained, and our room was plenty large enough for our family of four. The staff went above and beyond to provide suggestions, assistance, and any service we could need. We arrived pretty late and were greeted and helped to our room and then given directions on where to go find food open that late. Our room was nice a cold and the Ac worked beautifully. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were super friendly. They even hired a water taxi for us to go to the airport and carried our bags to the dock. I would highly recommend staying here.

Got the triple room - very nice includes a real queen size bed and a day bed. The day bed is firm but the queen bed has a nice mattress. Bathroom was nice and big. It was in a great location 8 min walk to the san Marco square - and Great launching point for activities. Breakfast was killer - really enjoyed it!
