Our stay in Venice was wonderful from start to finish. The service was truly phenomenal, and the staff went out of their way to offer helpful recommendations throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade—the room was spacious, featuring a large bathroom and plenty of comfort. The hotel’s location near the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was the included tour of the Murano glass factory, a unique and memorable perk. And of course, the view overlooking the Grand Canal was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice!

we had the marco ricci room and it was definitely the nicest looking room we've had in years. Very impressive. The A/C did not work but we kept the window open during our stay, no worries.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel. No view but it was a nice room and the staff was absolutely wonderful. It was walking distance from the train and we hired a porter to carry all our luggage (on a cart),, over the many bridges. They served a tea that was quite nice and they had an outdoor area with tables and chairs. Definitely would stay here again. Clean and comfortable.
