Great hotel near accomodations

Hotel is near bus and train station. It's a bit remote from the center of Venice, but it is a good thing..it's calmer. There is a great restaurant right next to it with tables along a small canal..the staff and owner are wonderful ! It was one of highlights of our trip !

Located in strategic position, close to the main arrival square (Piazza Roma) close to the main railway station. Room was great and quite silent. Staff friendly and willing to support and sorting any issue. Lovely place to stay. little minor inconvenience on managing administration, but was promptly sorted with no hassle

Nice little hotel. Convenient to everything. Only small issue is at night, you might see a big rat or two around the canal. I did see rat droppings by the outside tables, and a big rat came out from below the platform by the canal wall close to the hotel main doors. A bit concerning.

We stayed here on the recommendation of my sister who has stayed here before. It's a lovely hotel, located in a very convenient area- close to water taxi's, bridges and the people mover to Tronchetto (which was great for us as we were heading out on a cruise). The location is great for going anywhere around Venice- we walked all over the city our first day. There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. The room was very comfortable and had great air con. The front desk staff when we checked in were friendly and very helpful. I would certainly stay here ahain!
