Very nice, small little boutique hotel. It’s in a highly available location. Absolutely everything is on your doorstep in this amazing city. I’d happily stay here again. If you like big grand hotels you won’t get any in this area of Venice and to be honest it’s all about location and a decent hotel which this place is.

Short walk from the water taxi station and very close to St Marks square . Staff was extremely helpful. Our room was right on one of the side canals so we could hear the gondoliers going by and their singing and music . Lots of stairs to get to our room so we were glad we just brought carryons for our trip. Breakfast was delicious with quite a variety of options and was included in the price.

We had a beautiful view of the canal from our window. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. It was close the Square and all the action. The only downfall was our room was on the top floor , and they don't have an elevator.

Arriving from the train station couldn’t be easier. Take the Grand Canal ferry (Furrova B) just outside the station to Rialto D stop. It is a quick 4 minute walk and you have arrived at a picturesque canal steps/corner. You are also a very quick walk to St Mark’s square. Perfect location. The door to enter the hotel is on the side of the building in a middle of a restaurant patio. Lovely stay, welcome gift, rooftop patio is a plus.
