The friendly staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean. Also, the maids did a fantastic job in maintaining the room, ny making sure the room was nice and clean with soap and toilet paper being replenished accordingly.

While the check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very polite, the check-out was atrocious. Room size was good with all ameneties, but lacking tea/coffee bags/pods even though kettle was present. Regards eco-frendiliness, the door-key card when removed from the slot cut off the lights it did not cut off the a/cs which is not eco-friendly at all. The most irritating was the checkout. I was at the reception for check-out and the staff was on the phone. Once he finished the call I told him I would like to pay and checkout quickly as my train time is due He said ok. Just then a lady walked in and he turned to her. She also had to check-out. The bank rejected the transaction and she started calling her bank. I told him to close my case as she is speaking to the bank. He insisted on waiting till she finished and had another go at the payment which was also refused. Again I told him she will take time please let me go. He again refused. Meanwhile they tried again and failed again . This time I got a little upset and insisted he do my transaction which went ahead in the first go. I then requested him to book a cab for me. He gave me the number n said do it yourself. When he refused, I dialled the number and gave to him as I cant speak Italian. He refused to take my phone and dialled some number by his phone. Suddenly he cut the phone as the lady wanted to try again. We got another taxi. I have never complained, but this kind of behavior is atrocious. Will never stay in this hote

What a stunning location! A gorgeous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A good selection at breakfast and a very comfortable night sleep. My room had a lovely terrace. Very nicely decorated room and a very luxurious shower. Use the stairs, the lift is too slow.

Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it.
