The staff was excellent as well as the included breakfast buffet. The room and hotel were very clean. The rooms were a bit small as expected in European hotels but there was very limited space for a suitcae any bigger than a small carry-on. The people mover back to the main bus station and water taxi station is a 7 mintue walk. Water taxis are about a 5 min walk and very convenient. Although outside of the main area of the city was actually a great location for basecamp.

El hotel esta bonito y comodo, por su precio en comparacion con otros merece la pena. Lo unico negativo es que el dia antes de partir no limpiaron la hab y no teniamos toallas limpias ni papel sanitario pedi 4 veces y a la 5ta fue q me subieron eso mas no limpiaron.

We ordered dinner from the restaurant the night we arrived. We order at 6:32 p.m. and the food arrived an hour later. Breakfast was also unimpressive. There went many options for vegetarians unless you want cereal or toast. The mixed fruits tasted like it was fermenting like it had been canned. It really wasn't good. The staff were wonderful it is just the food that was a let down for me.
