Everyone was so amazing! They all went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The bedrooms were beautiful and the location is prime. We will definitely stay here again!

First time to Venice. This hotel is located on the Grand Canal right by the Rialto bridge which could be good or bad depending on your individual preference. The room was large and comfortable. I would say some of the staff were hit or miss, but Beatrice at the front desk was great!

This hotel was amazing. Victor helped us check in, and made this fast trip amazing. Gave us a map with iconic sites to visit, food recommendations, he even helped us plan our transportation back to the train station. Victor was the highlight of this trip and helped us enjoy our day in Venice. The roof top had amazing drinks. The room was elegant and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel. You have a view to the iconic Rialto bridge from the hotel’s roof top, walking distance from the fish market, and next to the shopping area.

Lovely stay at the H10 hotel! Beautiful, small hotel in a convenient location, 2 minutes away from the Rialto. Easy access, the water taxi dropped us off in front of the hotel, and the vaporetto is just a few minutes away (no bridge to cross). Hector was very welcoming and gave us some good tips, the room was quite small but practical, very quiet and immaculate. Excellent bed and bedding, good breakfast, everything was perfect really.
