This was absolutely wonderful, the only thing that you do need to know is that they do not have a breakfast.. but everything else was beautiful and wonderful, we had a very late check-in and the instructions were absolutely perfect!

Lovely stay!

I loved this place and hope to return. Clean, convenient, quiet, with super friendly staff. Honestly, my only complaint was the box-mattress, which was very hard. I love firm mattresses, but this one could benefit from a foam or padded top of some sort. That’s a personal preference of course, but I woke up stiff and sore, despite usually sleeping on firm beds. Just a note for those who must have a soft mattress: You may want to ask whether other rooms have softer beds.

Chose this spot right by the airport so it was walkable and was a quick walk. A little stretch that didn’t have a sidewalk but the shoulder was big enough to be fine. Room was big and clean, no complaints!

We had an excellent time at Bella Onda guest house and it was 5 stars for our needs! We only had 24 hrs in Venice . the guest manager was hospitable and present for our 2pm check in. We had the large family Room which was very clean and very comfortable. We all slept well. We could walk to airport easily - it's 15 min safe too. Sidewalks in all areas with the exception of about 100 ft of the road which had a small dirt path. We made the treck in for the afternoon into Marco Polo and hopped on a boat and were on the main island of Venice in about 40 min. In the late eve we took a convenient speed boat back around 9pm and walked back to Bella onda safely, no issues. We'd stay here again!

I do like its cleaness and generally proper layout of my room of one comfortable queen bed and bathroom plus the convenient personal electrical device plug-in availability. It's although located in the major street, it's quiet in general except occasional noise coming from the main front door closing during the day or nights even after midnight. Although I did not rate all items in 5 stars, it's the lodging facilty I will definitely consider in my next trip to stay in Venice for overnight or multiple days.

The location to the airport is perfect if you have an early flight. Bus stops are nearby if you need to get around. I have the property a 3 only because the air conditioner wasn't working and the bed was not comfortable, otherwise its a good nights stay.

Nice little guest house in Tessera. Quiet, clean and friendly Staff. They do not serve meals but there is an excellent restaurant a short walk it is called Ai-Do Fogheri. Excellent meal selections and reasonable. Highly recommend. Also a nice little Cafe and Pizzaria nearby within walking distance. The ACTV bus runs regularly to Venice and Venice Mestra and to Marco Polo Airport which is a 10 minute bus ride.

The hotel is brand new and quite nice but its an oasis in an otherwise disagreeable area. It is however, a few blocks off old town Zadar, so that’s highly convenient. Hopefully the city’s authorities get to improve the area surrounding the hotel. All said, the area seems as safe as in any other city in Croatia.
