Lovely waterside apartment

Reservation was for the queen and twin fold out because there were three of us. Somehow my reservation said it was for 2 so when I noticed, I contacted the property to let them know we had 3. They told me they didn’t have sheets on the fold out because there were only 2 even though I specifically requested the queen and twin fold out. I was told that special requests have to be approved. I don’t consider room/bed configuration requested during reservation to be a special request. First night had no sheets for fold out. Other than this miscommunication I would recommend the apartment. It was on the water and the point of contact was very nice and responsive. Walkable with luggage from train station. Close to restaurants, stores, and water taxi. Walkable to San Marcos.
