The location is excellent (five-minute walk from the bus station). The entrance is sketchy and on the side of a restaurant. We did not see any staff as there is no front desk. While the room is very spacious, the bed needs to be replaced.

Got lucky enough to get room with view of canal. Room lacked a lot. Very minimal room. 42 winding stairs to 1st floor rooms. Bringing luggage up stairs was tough. Couldn’t turn heat on for 40’s cool sleep. Bed very firm and not too comfortable. Bathroom mirror tough to use unless at least 5’9” tall. Tv remote did not turn tv on. No onsite staff to get help. Minimal what’s app communication only.
