The room was lovely, clean, big, modern, with a nice view of the canal and nearby Chiesa. It's in a perfect location, just off the main walking path through Venice so it's always easy to find, but also in the beautiful Cannaregio area, with great restaurants and shops nearby. There is no staff here, kind of remote, check-in and check out! It was actually kind of fun to be on our own and not have to worry about anyone. We literally didn’t see another guest in the other four rooms the whole time we were there.
