The apartment is fully equipped for a wonderful stay in Venice! I am a professional host and I look forward to welcoming you! Near the apartment, you’ll find several shops, a supermarket, and restaurants. You’re just a 1-minute walk from Venice, and buses run all day and all night. It’s conveniently located and well-connected to the Tessera and Treviso airports, and also easy to reach for those arriving by train.

Heating, air conditioning, and a washing machine are available in the apartment. If you use the washing machine, you’ll need to bring your own laundry detergent. The kitchen is available, but you’ll need to provide your own food
. You pay for your stay through the online booking system, but the Venice municipal tourist tax of €4 per person per day must be paid on-site.
