We had a beautiful, clean suite right on one of the canals. We really enjoyed the property, it was far enough away from the tourist crowds, but easy access to the main sites. It was especially convenient to access the ferry to Murano, Burano, and the airport. The breakfast was really great, options to suit most any taste. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location was amazing. I few steps from the dock that took us to the airport and Murano. It was clean and our bathroom was the largest we had on our entire vacation. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay. The only issue we had was our room was hot and couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Luckily, the nights were cool and we could open the windows. We would definitely stay here again. The property is very old and has a lot of history, which I loved!

An absolute delight to spend a few nights at this unique destination. Full of sunny table filled court yards, delicious food and drinks at the cafe/ restaurant, loved the location on the edge of the city, multinational guests including students, travelers and families. We really enjoyed this location in Venice. Its conveniently near 2 boat stops. One that is the last pick up and first drop off from the airport on Venice, and another that public transportation conveniently goes to. It was a in a quiet but really nice area in the city. The room was spacious, the hotel was comfortable, breakfast was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
