Lovely hotel, nice rooms with comfortable beds, everything was well cleaned. Breakfast was also good. Location is convenient with just a short 3 min walk to public transport. Venice is around 30mins walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, staff was so nice, breakfast (not included) was delicious with tons of options, overall great stay! A bit of a walk from the main areas but we enjoyed walking along the canal and streets so didn’t mind it. Close to the train station and to the Guglie ferry stop (from the airport). Nice, quiet hotel. The hotel upgraded us for our honeymoon and included a bottle of champagne.

Highly recommended. Staying at the Carnival Palace Hotel in Venice was, quite simply, the most wonderful experience. I have traveled to many countries, but this stay was by far the most memorable and charming, perfectly capturing the essence of Venice. The location of the hotel offers an unparalleled mix of tranquility and convenience. What made traveling effortless was the fact that the water taxi stop (Taxi boat) was right outside the hotel. This made traveling to all the main sights incredibly convenient, saving so much time and hassle. I loved the surrounding area, which boasts some great restaurants nearby—perfect for a delicious evening out without traveling far. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a delightful start to each day. Most importantly, the staff were amazing! Their helpfulness and kindness truly elevated the entire stay, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our vacation.

Only good things to say about my stay at Carnival Palace! A month prior my stay. Just after my booking, the hotel made contact , providing me with all the information I would need, transfers from the airport, day trips, restaurants and so on… these communication kept on and was always, friendly, consistent and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with several boat stops at the door. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were lovely and spotless! The bed and pillows super comfortable, slept wonderfully during my stay! Breakfast was great, plentiful variety, coffee just perfect! The staff working at breakfast area, always greeted us with a big smile! At the reception, a big thank you to Eduard and Anthony, always so helpful! Loved my stay at Carnival Palace!

Property is great. Need to take the public water transportation system to move around. We have no problems at all. Just know that the property is a little distant to St Marco area where the grand canal is located. If taken water transportation, there is not a problem at all.

Great room with a view of the canal. The staff were very friendly. Hotel is a bit off the beaten path , but it is only a 15 minute walk to city centre and shopping. The breakfast was great with lots of optik s, and coffee made to your liking. Would definitely stay here again

One of the comfiest beds we've ever slept on. Great location being 5 mins from the Laliguna Guglie stop for the airport water bus, and having the Tre Archi stop basically outside the front door. Staff were great and quick to help when we had questions and needed anything from them.

The property was located in a nice quiet area. The hotel and room were very clean, nicely appointed and conveniently located for the Alilaguna stop. The room and bathroom were generous in size which was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, gave us a wonderful recommendation to eat, Casa Bonita. I would definitely stay here again. I'd like to add, I am extremely picky about where I stay, and I was more than satisfied with my stay.

We loved our stay at Carnival Palace Hotel excellent service from Marco at front desk was very kind and helpful hotel is in Cannaregio area about 20 min walk to St Marks square Venice is a very walkable hotel was very clean bed very comfortable great breakfast included excellent service only neg was wifi did not work in room lots of little restaurants to sit and eat outside along Fondamenta Cannaregio food was amazing at Algi Archi highly recommend a stay at this hotel
