Excellent stay at Carnival Palace Hotel. The service was outstanding — the team is very attentive, professional, and genuinely flexible in accommodating requests, which made a real difference. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location in Cannaregio is perfect: quiet, yet very convenient to reach the main areas. Overall, a smooth and high-quality experience. Well located for the train station and sights of Venice and restaurants and shops. Generally pleasant stay in a nice room on the top floor. Good breakfast. Slightly marred visit by 23:30 phone call from reception waking us up, demanding wife's passport to hand on to police apparently. If you are looking for a very nice, well air conditioned, lovely breakfast, and away from the business of St. Mark’s Square, this is the place for you. We walked from the train station. It is nice to stay further away from the action so you can experience more of the beautiful city. We strolled along the paths and found all sorts of delightful places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again.
