We rented 2 mobile homes for a 3 day visit. The rooms were clean, but seemed very outdated, and mouldy. (Smell) Beds was extremely bad, not something you should have for renting at a professional site. The food at the restaurant was OK, we brought some pizzas. Service was nice as well. We had some issues with ants and mosquitoes, but this is maybe what can be expected on a camping. We chose to leave after one day, just booking a new place, did not waste energy on complaints, since we heard other people complainting, and we just concluded that this was the standard for the site, so we just moved.

They don’t include towels if you’re staying in one of their rooms which is tough if you’re traveling from abroad without a camper van. But the room we were in was solid. It got SUPER humid and we couldn’t figure out how to have that not happen.

Great value for your money. Very clean property . It’s a 20 min ferry ride away from Venice city center . The walk to boat station was just 2 mins. We left around 10 am and managed to see all the major attractions in Venice. We were back by 7. My only problem was the lack of towels(though they inform you in advance about this) the sheets and rooms are spotless. The rooms are very roomy considering they are mobile homes. But every little movement from neighbouring rooms can be heard. But as I said before it’s great value for your dollar.

We, a family of 4, stayed in one of the 2 bed villas dor 2 nights. It is convenient location if you're visiting Venice. They've direct ferry access to Venice, a small market, laundry & Restaurant on site ate slso handy if you dont want to go far for necessities. Definietly recommend this for a short stay.

Best place to stay for affordability and fun

Was my favorite place I stayed at during my month long travels around Italy! The cottage we stayed at was super affordable and comfortable and clean. The camping resort had a wonderful restaurant and grocery store so we didnt have to worry about food. The best part was the ferry to take you to Venice is just down the road and only takes 15 mins to get to the city! I loved the pool the most at the resort!
