We stayed in a few places around Italy and this was by far our favorite. It is in a cute area away from the main tourist attractions, but you can easily get to all of those areas. The breakfast buffet was delicious each morning and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved this charming and beautiful stay! Great location close to the train station and easy walk /ferry to all the tourist sights and other modes of transportation. So grateful for the cozy and comfortable room, A/C, amazing staff, breakfast included, and location away from all the crowds. Our room also had a private patio to enjoy and many windows. Annalise also gave us great recommendations and was welcoming and so helpful when she checked us in, and also before we arrived. We would definitely return!

This charming hotel is perfect for a stay in Venice! We were there during a terrible heat wave, but the room was cool and the breakfast was delish. The rooms are charming, and the hotel is an easy walk from the train station (even in the blazing heat with luggage). The hotel staff were the warmest we encountered on our whole trip — recommending cicchetti spots that were off the beaten path, explaining the hotel-provided paper map, and more. Extremely high level of customer service.
