The room was cozy, the bed was super comfortable, I had a view on the street below, overall no outside noise, but the room on 1st floor are nearby reception so a bit of noise is expected on the morning. The staff was super welcoming and helpful and the hotel is situated in a very lively part of Venice with Osteria at 5 minutes by foot.

We had a great stay!! It was clean, comfortable, and the best part was the amazing service from the people. They were warm, friendly, and excellent hosts. From the train station, it was about half a mile walk. Not bad but there were quite a few stairs over canals to walk. We had breakfast included and that was nice. Nothing crazy, but sufficient and a nice way to get the day started. The bread and coffee were great, and the set up was so pretty. It was in a perfect location and the WiFi, bathrooms, etc were all great! I recommend staying here. The only thing that was wonky was that we didn’t know how to find the place.. it’s in 3 different buildings that are next to one another, so if you arrive at one and it doesn’t have a person there, look around.
