Welcome to Cà Francesca, an exclusive and bright apartment on the 4th floor of a historic building (no elevator, but with comfortable stairs), located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from downtown. An oasis of peace with a breathtaking 360° terrace, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply relaxing while enjoying a unique view of the city skyline.

The apartment has a separate entrance, with a private door equipped with a code for access; inside the same building, there are two other apartments managed by us that can be booked together to accommodate larger groups (Residenza Donini in Venice Suite 1 and Residenza Donini in Venice Suite 2).
