From our arrival at the hotel our stay was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street. The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am a female traveler and I felt safe to walk alone, day and night. The staff is very helpful and responsive via email. They arranged for my pickup from the airport via private shuttle/water taxi and drop off was a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an elevator, nice A/C, very clean and comfortable room. I will stay again.

Excellent space and location! Very close to attractions and yet on a quiet street. We had our own private terrace, an amazing find in the city. It was a perfect room for our family of three, with a sun room for our daughter to provide separate, private spaces. The staff were extremely helpful and catching private water taxis at the nearby dock was seamless and convenient.

The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size.

Good location, nice staff . But unfortunately single sofa/bed in triple room very uncomfortable , impossible to sleep on it . Hotel not sound proof , you can hear everyone in the hall. Some sockets doesn’t works . Air condition works but very loud. No bar or restaurant in the hotel however lots of restaurants in the area . In my opinion hotel is just about nice one .

We got the upper floor with private terrasse on the roof. Prepare to go up some stairs. Lucky they have an elevator to the previous floor. This floor has two bedrooms. The second has an ousated sofabed. The rest of the appartment makes up for it. You can walk to anywhere from here. They will give you directions and links to facilitate your browsing.
