The apartment itself is in a great location, has everything as described. It’s great to have air conditioning in each room, comfy beds, washer machine (we came out of cruise so it was important for us). Very spacious unit given it is Italy. Location is right in the middle of Venice, 5 mins walk to St Marco square. It also has a local grocery store Despar within 3 mins walk (wasn’t sure why it is not on Google Maps we discovered it by walking into the further grocery store location. But!!! *The communication with the property owners is not existent. They didn’t not respond on any of my messages, charged me double for a city tax. ***You supposed to dispose your garbage by taking it 10 mins away to the boat from apartment between 6.30 am and 8.30 am. Who in the world has time for it on vacation??? *Washer machine door doesn’t open all the way so you have to squeeze in your laundry. *There is an ant problem that needs to be addressed.
