Very nice quiet neighborhood. The property managers met us at the dock and introduced us to the house and helped us with many pointers. Excellent sevice!

The accommodation was excellent value for money, given the size of my group (5), location, and our length of stay, and our needs. The rooms are spacious, with a generously sized living room area, complete with a large book case and collection of books in Italian and English (some classics!) Rooms and linen were quite clean, and the walls were brightly coloured. The representative (D) from the host company was friendly, and imparted the necessary information. The only minor feedback to offer is regarding trash collection, which wasn't seen in the online advert. If one is staying here (or in Venice in general), be advised that trash and recycling collection points are located near the canal and. The host company provided this information had chec
