Had a better than expected stay!!! The place was clean, well appointed and close to all! Easier access than I expected from the F. Te Nova stop and easy with a Vaporetto pass. Very helpful staff at the hotel associated with the suites. Very reasonable! Would stay again!!!

This was an amazing place to stay!!! It is right in the heart of Venice. So many great places to eat and shop are right around the corner. It is so easy to get to and from all the major water transportation routes. The airport water bus is only a 6 minute walk! The hotel staff was amazing and always available.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Our room could comfortably sleep four, with a queen bed in the cozy loft area. The shower was easily the best we’ve experienced so far in Italy — a definite highlight! The receptionists were incredibly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The hyperlinks they provided were accurate, helpful, and made navigating the area much easier. My only suggestion, which I shared with them directly, would be to include a Google Maps link for walking directions — I’ve attached that here for future guests. https://maps.app.goo.gl/6m9aCmVNwgPM9Bcs8?g_st=awb Another bonus: the property is tucked away on a quiet side street, so the nearby restaurants felt more local and authentic, rather than touristy. The property is very nice. The management is… Challenging. Skilled at taxing the time and attention of their customers over irrelevancies. If you stay here, make sure not to request anything, because they’ll chase you for fees that you only learn about when they come to collect.
