Bright and modern newly renovated apartment. It has an entrance hall / dining area, kitchen, living room with TV, bedroom with king size bed with private bathroom and a small study with a desk, a second bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and utility room. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, heating, air conditioning, free WiFi. From the large windows of the apartment you can see Campo San Giacomo and it is very close to Rialto.

The apartment is composed of two bright rooms. In the dining room we have three large windows where you can see Venice in all its angles; there is also a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a good glass of wine.

The windows face a quiet canal, little used by big boats, only small gondolas, typical Venetian rowing boats, pass there.

Can’t wait to visit again

Great location, close enough to some action, but secluded enough to provide enough peace and quiet for restful evenings. Very comfortable apartment, ideal for a single couple or single adult as the second room is a pull out sofa. Would definitely consider staying again in the future!
Stayed 2 nights in May 2025
