Second trip to Venice with my best friend!

This was our second trip to Venice and we had a fabulous time! The apartment is like a home away from home. Convenient location. Close to all attractions. Would rent from this owner again!

Friends Trip to Venice

This apartment was the best!! It was a ten minute walk from the bus station, in a great location. It was clean, spacious and authentically old! The owner was very responsive to emails, within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.. I'm hoping to come back!!

Our 2-week stay on Calle dei Guardani was very pleasant. The apartment was quiet, clean, well-equipped, well-lighted, and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Away from the frenzy of the tourist scene but just a short walking distance to supermarkets, vaporetto stops, train/bus/taxi areas, and the excellent language school in Campo Santa Margherita. Owners Lucia & Roberto were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we went back to Venice.

Perfect place away from the crowds

A bright, sunny place that offers a peaceful and quiet space in what can be a very busy time trying to fit all of what Venice has to offer. The ground floor unit was a convenient and easy walk to most sites. The unit was very clean, welcoming and has recently been remodeled. Lucia and Roberto are gracious hosts and were helpful in identifying their favorite must see sites in Venice. Looking forward to staying with them again on our next visit to Venice.

Bel appartement très bien équipé sur une placette calme avec les chambres côté jardin (encore plus calme) et une bonne literie (indispensable pour récupérer après les longues journées de marche dans Venise). Lucia est très disponibles et répond rapidement et efficacement à la moindre question.
