Wonderful property

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

The hotel was nice and clean. The building was modern so not located in Venezia center, but is ~20- 25 min walk. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing extraordinary. Also, they would charge for a lot of stuff that usually is included in hotels. For example our checkout was 11 am and our train was a 1 pm and we asked the staff if it's possible we leave our luggage for 2 hours while we go around the city and they said we had to pay $15. or one night we asked for a plate and they charged us for that. It was only 50 center so it was not about the amount, it was just the gesture that was not very cool. In general, the rooms were clean and comfy so we'd totally recommend it.

I spent 2 nights here which felt like a new hotel. 5 mins walk to get the water bus or land bus. Breakfast from 6:30am which is great when you need an early start but my last morning the waiter setting up made me wait 10 mins until I could start because he hadn't made everything look perfect yet.
