The photos are not what you get these rooms are so banged up it was unbearable.. the garden we went to seek refuge but smelted like urine .. we left a night early . The breakfast if you enjoy eating garbage and don’t care about your intake sure this “stuff” I guess will do .. we went out to eat.. overall so many other choices use them .

What you see in the photos is NOT what you get ! Then you go to find somewhere to sit and relax ….the garden they show smells like urine . The buffet sub-par the rooms are so banged up it’s shameful .. I’ve traveled extensively and this place was horrible !!

The room was fairly small but was all we really needed fpr our stay. We got into our room and it was unbelievably hot. The air conditioning had been off the whole time and it has be 35° outside. If they would have left the air on sooner it might not have been so bad!

2 nd time staying there. Rooms nice and clean. Staff is nice. Hotel is situated a quick 5-10 minute walk to the synagogue. They also use old fashion keys to the room so no worries about Shabbat

Nice hotel. Front desk was extremely helpful. Good breakfast. The room was tiny and the window was blocked so we had no morning sunlight. For the price it is a good value.

The communal areas of the hotel are nice. When you enter, it feels welcoming. However, the room was quite run down, and desperately needs a make over. Furniture dated and dirty. Air con not working. Balcony dirty. Also, have an ice machine but no water machine. Seems silly. Breakfast was OK but not great. Not much choice and nothing special. Outside patio area was very relaxing and nice. As the room is the main feature of a hotel, I would not stay here again.

The hotel gave me a single room although I had booked a double room. They refused to change the room immediately because they just had superior double rooms available and no normal ones anymore. So they took the decision to downgrade me for 1 night and I am sure I would have stayed in this little room if I had not complained (the shower was the size of a cruise boat shower in a normal cabin). Not at all what is expected from a 4 stars hotel double room ! And not at all what they show on their pictures of what a double room looks like ! I got a nice double room the second day but no internet at all in the room. I told them several times about this and they did nothing. I had to buy an eSIM card to access internet. Not cool ! I guess it is their revenge because I called Expedia right at the beginning and they were furious about it - Just an advice : solo travelers if you book a double room avoid this hotel.

The only positive with the hotel is the location. 4 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk from the bus station. Lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Spar and Coop convenience shops close to hotel. Room we had was poorly decorated My husband and I were given two single bed joined together The bathroom was very dated with half the shower screen missing and water went everywhere There was no shower gel The bathroom door is peeling off Breakfast was average

Nice hotel near the train station. Walkable to almost all tourist sites. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable but had no black out curtains. There were shutters. But do not know if they were just ornamental. We could not pull them closed and they got stuck halfway. Hot breakfasts was included. They had a nice garden courtyard. Room cleaned everyday. They have a partner hotel, Principe, which we also stayed at.
