A bit dark and dingy. Slightly crowded and noisy. Nothing horrible, but no chance I would return. The emphasis seem to be eco savvy, but really was impersonal and snooty.

The heater was not working during our stay and staff did not offer any solutions other than to deal with it. We had family room, the room lights were very dim, the pillows were all flat/no cottons, bunk beds didn’t have sheets on them. Our rooms were very thin that we heard everything that our rowdy neighbors were doing from every door slamming to their loudness outside. For all the inconveniences during our stay when we requested for late checkout, they did not offered it for complimentary. Front desk staff (Male) was not very nice when we asked about the heat situation. Overall, we would not recommend it if you looking for comfort and quietness on your vacation.
