A Great Place to Stay

We stayed a month in the condo and enjoyed the views from the attractive eating nook as well as the over all location. Often we would watch surfers, kite sailors or dolphins as we dined. Our son and grandson came for two nights and had a big time shark tooth hunting. The condo is located near the jetty and not far from Venice beach where I enjoyed daily yoga classes. Our host was welcoming and efficient. He helped us with the televisions and went out of his way to bring me a crock pot. His condo is nicely decorated and furnished- very colorful and cozy. Everything needed was supplied. We would rent this again.

Beach condo with great view.

Wonderful complex to meet new friends and enjoy conversations. Great location for beach walks, shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable condo to enjoy your stay. Would definitely come back if available.

Pleasure by the beach

Keith’s condo was very comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order. There is a lovely view of the beach and jetty. The building and pool area are well maintained, and it’s a very short walk to the beach, which is a real advantage for us older adults. Keith was an excellent host - a real gentleman and very nice to deal with. An LED light fixture burned out during our stay, and he replaced it immediately. So, my wife and I highly recommend this property.

Great condo on the beach

We really enjoyed this unit at San Marco, particularly how they’ve redone the kitchen so that it’s much bigger than the other units! Lots of comfortable furniture and has everything you need right on the beach!

The property sits on the Gulf of Mexico with sunrise seen from the eat in nook and sunsets directly on the easy to access beach front. For us, cooking is a focus. The kitchen was well equipped and groceries just a short drive away. We found the living space to meet out needs, though one would likely spend most of a day at the beach, or exploring the nearby sights as well as the historic downtown area. It was a thumbs up location and say for us!

Beautiful condo, great location

Clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished condo with a private beach and heated pool. Separate bedroom/bathroom suites were perfect when hosting guests. Included beach chairs and other beach items. Walking distance to Venice Beach, South Jetty to see manatees & dolphins & shopping and restaurants in town. Ease of check-in with owners. We’ll be back!

The condo was lovely, clean and neat. The owner was very accessible to answer any questions we had, the pool and the community was perfect! The beach outside your window and door was the perfect recipe for a relaxing month , the sunsets were not to be missed. A truly special location
