Rummet var helt fläckfritt. Jag träffade ingen personal, då vi var på affärsmöte och tyvärr behövde vi lämna hotellet kl 07.15 på morgonen för att hinna till våra möten, så vi hann inte med någon frukost. De skulle varit bra om det hade gått få frukost tidigare.

Fick nycklar till fel rum. Ingen reception och lång väntetid i telefon hos kundservice. Vi hade tur att höra av oss i tid eftersom kundservice stängde 19:00.
