The Villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and pool was excellent. The Villa was difficult to locate and we had to pay an extra €50 for a late check in after already paying just under £1900 for the week. We enjoyed the tranquility of the location which was beautiful. We walked to the local village each day and enjoyed this. Might be isolated for some people but we enjoyed walking in the area, locals are very friendly. Not too many tourists which was nice. We didn’t hire a car as we prefer to walk. Lidl was about 30-40 minute walk to stock up for the week and got an uber back. There is a nice Indian restaurant about 10-15 minutes walk from the Villa and other eateries, food shops and cafes nearby.
We enjoyed BBQ food most nights and bought charcoal from Lidl as this wasn’t supplied.
Overall very happy to enjoy a quiet and relaxing week in the sunshine. Only disappointment was the lack of basic items. We had to purchase essentials such as salt and pepper, oil, condiments etc. Also there was no oven glove or oven tray, we also had to buy a tray to use.
The pool did get a bit cloudy due to sun lotions towards the end of the week and there did not appear to be any chlorine in the floating container in the pool!
