Large semi-detached house 5 minutes walk from Benajarafe beach where you can relax, specially designed for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy and disconnect from the big city. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy parking throughout the year, even in high season. It is a semi-detached house with 4 floors distributed as follows: - Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with trundle beds. - Floor 0: outdoor porch, living room with sofa bed, complete bathroom, kitchen and garden with chill-out and barbecue. In addition, there is access to the pool. - Floor 1: 3 bedrooms (2 of them double and one with a trundle bed) and 2 full bathrooms. - Floor 2: upper terrace with views. Guests will have access to the entire house, there are no shared spaces except for the pool, which is communal. The pool can be used throughout the year, and it is not very crowded, so it is a very quiet and relaxing place where you can disconnect and enjoy. It is a very quiet residential neighborhood made up of a community of 14 semi-detached houses, all of the same style. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. If you have a car, you will arrive quickly entering Chilches, it is only 5 minutes from the main highway. Parking is exceptional and there is always availability by the house (even in high season). In case you do not have your own vehicle, you have the bus stop just 10 minutes walk from the house. You can take buses in the direction of Malaga capital or to Velez-Málaga. In addition, just 5 minutes walk from the house you will find: pharmacy, beach bars, food stores, etc. It is important to note that you will have 2 sets of keys and the check-in to the house is autonomous by accessing the first set of keys located in the security box at the entrance (key-locker). The second set of keys is inside the house. With 2 sets you will have the opportunity to organize yourself better if you are a large group of people.
