Our apartment is situated on a luxury gated development in the heart of Velez de Benaudalla, just 15 mins from the beach or just over 1 hour to the Sierra Nevada mountains. The development was built in 2008 with beautiful communal areas in the style of the Arab Nazari gardens which the area is famous for. The apartment sleeps up to 5 and comprises of three floors with two internal floors of living accommodation and an upper sun terrace which runs the full width of the building offering fantastic views of the mountains, sunbathing and alfresco dining.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a garden.
