Schöner Urlaub

Für uns war der barrierefreie Zugang zur Wohnung wichtig der auch gewährleistet war zum See aber nur bedingt. Ein nahes Strandbad schuf gute Abhilfe. Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Blick auf Velden und den See ganz toll.

Appartement op loopafstand van het centrum met een prachtig uitzicht. Helaas geen WiFi en geen supermarkt/bakker op loopafstand. Wel een fijne eigen parkeerplek in de garage.

Das Apartment hat eine herrlic...

Das Apartment hat eine herrliche Lage, ortsnah (ca. 500m zum Zentrum Velden) mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf den Wörthersee. Der Badesteg befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Vorteil ist, jeder hat seinen Liegeplatz. Keine nervigen Reservierungen der Liegen. Die Wohnung ist sauber jedoch bereit sehr abgewohnt, Bj. siebziger Jahre. Auch die Möbel sind entsprechend aus dieser Zeit und bereits durchgesessen und abgewohnt. Die Küchenzeile funktioniert noch, das ist es aber auch schon. Eine Renovierung ist bereits überfällig. Das Bad ist bereits erneuert. Was nervt, ist der Vorrangschalter für den Durchlauferhitzer, klackert sehr laut und sehr häufig, wenn man warmes Wasser entnimmt, ansonsten brummt er stätig. Lobenswert ist noch der Tiefgaragenplatz.Wem die nostalgische Einrichtung nicht stört, der kann hier einen schönen entspannten abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbringen. Vorausgesetzt das Wetter stimmt.Wir waren bereits zweimal hier.
