The villa is only 15 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of El Palmar and Barbate. Bolonia is 40 km away.



This is a large open plan house (150 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen with large windows overlooking the fields. A Nespresso machine is available with cups. The house is all on the same level with step-free interior, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Reaching the villa is somewhat steep for a car, but it can be reached without a problem. Best accessed by car due to unpaved roads leading to the property. On-site parking is available for up to 3 cars.



The garden is set up with sun beds and a cooling fountain. A grill/barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining. The villa is animal friendly (up to 2 pets allowed), and the garden is completely fenced.



Located in the campo of Vejer de la Frontera, restaurants and shops are in Vejer (10 minutes) and Barbate (15 minutes). Montenmedio is only a few minutes' drive away. Vejer offers many activities.



The villa features central heating, central A/C, high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, television with video on demand, washing machine, and clothes dryer. A high chair is available for little ones. Self check-in is provided for your convenience.



Please note: the villa is not connected to the general water and sewage systems. Fresh, potable water comes from a water well. Events are not allowed on the property.
