The highlight of this property is its private access to the beach, which is less than a minute’s walk away. Away from bars and nightclubs, you can enjoy the sound of the waves right from your backyard.
​Interior and Amenities:
The house accommodates up to 4 people and is equipped with functional, modern amenities:
​Master bedroom: 150 cm double bed with a large walk-in closet.
​Second bedroom: Pull-out bed (can be used as a single bed, 80 cm, or a double bed, 160 cm).
​Climate control: Air conditioning in the living room, as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area.
​Technology: High-speed internet via Starlink (ideal for working from home).
​Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer. (Note: No washing machine available).
​Outdoor area (200\text{ m}^2 garden):
The outdoor area is designed for outdoor living. A 40\text{ m}^2 covered pergola features a chill-out area, a dining table, a grill station, and a bar. Two lounge chairs are also available for relaxation. There is a private, covered garage with an automatic door for your vehicle.
​Surroundings and Extras:
A butcher shop and a small bakery for your daily needs are less than a minute away. We provide our guests with a city bike, beach umbrellas, a cooler, as well as beach games and board games. Pets are welcome.
​Additional Services:
To make your arrival as pleasant as possible, we offer a pickup service from Jerez Airport (XRY) upon request. We’re also happy to assist you in renting scooters through a local provider so you can explore the coast with flexibility.
