This charming 2BDR 1BTH house is perfect for families looking to relax. Situated only a short 5 min walk from the beach in Playa Junquillal, a town known for its nature preservation efforts, sunshine, and incredibly breath taking natural beauty.

Casa Margarita has a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have A/C and a large closet. The covered patio with seating and dining area offers views to the tropical garden.

The house also has an upstairs open air patio, adding more seating and dining space to the house.

Please be aware that for security reasons, the property is equipped with exterior cameras. These cameras are positioned around the house to monitor the premises for your safety and the protection of the property.

We just returned from 2 wks. at Casa Margarita. The house was perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, washer & dryer, beach chairs, cooler. The location is great - close to the beach & many local restaurants. We especially enjoyed watching the monkeys feasting on the yellow blossoms in the treetops in the yard. Marian was very helpful when we had an issue with the safe. We also got regular messages letting us know about baby turtle releases, which are amazing to see! Thanks so much for a relaxing vacation!
