Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request from the office, subject to a deposit. Regarding cancellations, those made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cases. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before arrival, you have the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for determining the applicable cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferring to the next working day. In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed. It is also worth noting that the holiday flat A301 is located within the same building.
