Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request and can be obtained from the office for a deposit. Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings cancelled up to 60 days before arrival may be cancelled free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive in determining the applicable cancellation terms, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferring to the next working day.
