5 Person Holiday Home in Växjö

On the outskirts of Växjö, in the district of Öjaby, is this modern renovated house from the 1960s. Close to everything but still close to nature and the water. The house is divided into two dwellings, where you have access to the entire entrance floor and the basement. Öjaby is located on the western shore of Helgasjön, and the house is only just over 600 m from the lake. Here is a lush green garden that borders a large forest area. Here you have an excellent starting point whether you want to make Växjö city with its shopping and restaurant life, or if you want to enjoy nature and sea life by the beautiful Helgasjön. The house has a large kitchen, great for the family who wants to cook together. Dining area is adjacent to the large living room. From the living room you come out to the cozy patio, with barbecue, perfect to enjoy your meals or a good book in peace and quiet. On the entrance level there is also a bathroom, as well as two bedrooms, a double room and a single room. Downstairs in the basement there is another sleeping area, a double bed, as well as TV, sofa and a stove. Perfect for the family with large children or maybe a couple more? In the basement there is also a sauna and shower. In the house there are a lot of games and a table tennis table to entertain you. Enjoy nearby exercise tracks, and take a lovely walk in nature. Go to the Michelin restaurant PM och Vänner, take the children and swim at Öjaby bathing area which has a playground and kiosk, or go to the Swedish Glass Museum.
