We did not stay here after check in. Not one member of staff was on site. We had to check in through a machine. When we went to the room it smelled of smoke, was not cleaned properly, there was bugs crawling over the bed. As soon as we saw this we left. And with the lack of staff we could not speak to anyone about this so we just left. AVOID

Bonjour, J’ai séjourné du 16 au 18 dans cet hôtel. A mon arrivée la personne à l’accueil n’a pas voulu ouvrir la porte et j’ai dû faire mon check-in depuis la borne. La porte de ma chambre était OUVERTE ! Il y avait une fuite dans le plafond des toilettes, de l’eau y coulait. Le sol était horriblement sale, comme si les travaux venaient de finir et qu’aucun ménage n’ait été fait. Dans la salle de bain : pas de poubelle, ni gobelet, ni petite serviette, ni de savon, idem dans la douche. Le dernier jour le personnel d’entretien me demande à 10H30 de quitter la chambre, alors que la réservation m’indique que j’ai jusque 12H00. Il me laisse « 10 minutes » avant de revenir puis me demande de quitter la chambre à 11H. Je refuse en indiquant que je dispose jusqu’au 12h et me dit que non, 12h est l’arrivée des autres clients, alors que mon bordereau indique une arrivée à 14H. La plus grande des deux a particulièrement été désagréable. C’est sans aucun doute le pire B&B que j’ai fait.

Problème d’odeur et de propreté dans la chambre. Vétusté et manque d’entretien des équipements. Les 95 euros de facturation sont trop élevés par rapport à la prestation de l’hôtel.
