Nestled in the heart of the countryside, just 10 minutes from Etretat, this house will charm you with its brick-and-flint facade, its interior—completely renovated in 2022—its peaceful surroundings, and free on-site parking. A traditional Norman brick-and-flint house in the Etretat countryside, with a garden shared with the owners. On the first floor, there’s a large living area with a sitting area, dining area, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking for the whole family. Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge-freezer combo, toaster. No TV or internet. Separate shower room and toilet.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
