To our private vacation home in Vasia (Imperia) on the Ligurian Sea in Italy.
The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Vasia, about 9 km from the coastal town of Imperia,
at just under 400 m above sea level.
Quietly situated, surrounded by olive groves, less than 500 meters from the village center.
Views of forests and mountains in the heart of nature; in the distance, you can see the sea.
An oasis of tranquility, perfect for unwinding after a busy day, a lovely day at the beach
, or a social evening at a bar.
The vacation home has a living area of about 70 square meters, spread over two floors.
On the first floor, there is a large living and dining area with a long dining table
and a fireplace. The dining table seats up to eight people.
During the cooler months, a cozy fire in the fireplace can pleasantly
warm both body and soul.
In addition, this room is equipped with a single bed, which can also be used as
a place to sit during cozy evenings.
From this large room, you can access both the open kitchen and the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator, a small espresso machine,
a toaster, a mini oven, and a sink.
It also includes several mocha pots, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and similar items.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet.
Two towels are provided for each guest upon arrival. A hair dryer is available.
On the upper floor, there is an open-concept living area with a couch and an additional single bed.
From here, you can access the separate bedroom with a double bed as well as the spacious terrace,
which offers a view of the sea.
Here, you can relax and unwind, enjoy breakfast, soak up the sun
, or savor an evening aperitif...
Between the first floor and the upper floor, in a niche on the staircase landing, there is also a wood-pellet stove to heat the house quickly and easily when needed.
The double bed measures 160 x 200 cm (with a full-length mattress), and the single beds measure 90 x 200 cm.
The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival.
The main windows are equipped with insect screens, so you can leave them open even at night.
Mosquito nets hang over the beds, which you can use as needed during certain seasons.
There are also two basement rooms, one of which contains a washing machine that you are welcome to use at any time.
Our vacation home is intentionally without internet access or a TV.
Please consider this an invitation to take a break from everyday life.
There is comprehensive cell phone reception throughout the house and the surrounding area.
Both a CD player and a radio are available.
You’ll also find CDs, a few books, and board games.
