Independent chalet of 120 m² with fireplace and fully equipped.<br>3 bedrooms and a mountain area, 3 bathrooms, an independent kitchen, raclette or plancha machines, board games etc... everything you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.<br>The chalet is located on a 1700 m2 plot of larch trees where you may be lucky enough to see squirrels jumping from tree to tree and chickadees twirling in the air.<br>The chalet is located 400 meters from the departure of the Peynier chairlift and 300 meters from the center of the resort with all the necessary shops (Sherpa, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, medical center, etc.), the departures of the ski lifts and the French ski school.<br><br> The chalet has a fireplace with insert for which we offer you wood.<br><br> You will find on the first floor:<br><br>- A bright living room with lounge area with a fireplace with insert <br><br>The living room is composed of a large solid wood table that can accommodate all guests in order to share warm meals with family and/or friends.<br><br>The lounge area, decorated with sofas and a coffee table, is equipped with a TV with satellite reception, a DVD player with DVD available and many board games for your evenings by the fire.<br><br>The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace.
