Positive Punkte:- Beeindruckende Architektur und Mobiliar- Die Aussicht- Die KäsereibeNegative Punkte:- Bei Buchung war ein Jacuzzi ausgelobt, der aber nicht vorhanden war; auf Reklamation hin verschwand er aus der Anzeige- Waschmaschine und Trockner können nur in Anwesenheit der Eigentümer benutzt werden (stehen in einem abgeschlossenen Raum), sind also de facto nicht vorhanden- Grosses Durcheinander in den Schränken in der Küche- Mangelhafte Sauberkeit der meisten Küchenutensilien und des Geschirrs, Backofen nach letzter Nutzung nicht gesäubert!- Aussenküche (Pizzaofen): Boden mehrere cm mit Laub und Baumrinde bedeckt, Küche unappetittlich, Kühlschrank mit vergammeltem Inhalt; kein Strom (daher Kühlschrank vergammelt); kein Licht; kein Wasser- Offene Restlebensmittel unbestimmten Alters, zahlreiche Gewürze bis zu 12 Jahre (!) nach MHD- Das Gelände wird dauerhaft videoüberwacht (es wird nicht darauf hingewiesen)- Das Gelände benötigt eine IntensivpflegeInsidertipp:Falls Sie an diesem Anwesen wirklich interessiert sind, siehe: https://www.engelvoelkers.com/lu/de/exposes/1eaf80af-79c6-5f3a-8762-a8d6ae0889bfEs steht zum Verkauf!
