The apartment features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a panoramic terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker), one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. The property is located just 2.5 km from the Varenna train station and the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach the lake’s main tourist attractions. Alternatively, the Fiumelatte train station is only 800 meters away.
From Rosa House, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the center of the lake directly from our terrace—the ideal place to relax and admire the enchanting scenery.
