Relax in this peaceful and stylish chalet, surrounded by the sounds of birds, crickets, and frogs. The chalet features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. For sleeping arrangements, there’s a master bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed (which can be separated into two 80 cm singles), and a bunk bed with two 90x190 cm beds.



Enjoy al fresco meals on your private terrace, complete with garden furniture, a dining area, and a barbecue. You’ll also have access to the pool for refreshing relaxation.



Located in the heart of Tarn-et-Garonne, just 15 minutes from the Aveyron gorges, the chalet is ideally situated between Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Laguepie, and Cordes-sur-Ciel. The region offers many tourist routes to explore: castles, abbeys, gardens, medieval villages, and even hot air balloon rides. Sports and nature lovers can enjoy mountain biking, canoeing, climbing, via ferrata, or water activities like fishing (guided trips available), swimming in the river or lake.



On-site, you can book breakfast and/or dinner, with two options: starter, main course, dessert or wood-fired pizzas (Thursday to Monday evenings). There’s also a gourmet restaurant nearby.



The village provides all amenities: river swimming 800 m away, pharmacy, health center, grocery store, restaurant, bar, and hairdresser. Lexos-Varen train station is 3 km away.
