Property is situated in residential area. Hence pollution & vehicles noise level is comparatively much lower which is too high in market sides. One unique complaint is that we had booked two superior deluxe rooms for 3 nights 4 days much in advance through Expedia site. But on reaching there for first day, the hotel manager allotted us one such room out of two rooms which was very small size, had no window, no furniture. Inspite of putting pressure on hotel management, nothing was done on the plea that no other room is available today. However after putting pressure next day also another deluxe room was allotted in the afternoon. So we had to bear inconveniences.

You dont get your mobile phone line. Internet connection pathethic. Even they dont transfer the line from reception to the room. Even ac is not working properly. Food is good

The staff was wonderful at the hotel. The hotel was certainly i a good location away from ghats where it so crowded. The hotel just really lacked character. I also felt it really wasn't completely finished but that had no impact on our stay. The biggest problem for us is there was really on one person who spoke English. One major inconvenience was that wifi did not work adequately

Fantastic!

The room was absolutely fantastic, full premium channels on the TV. A huge bed, desk, sofa and a fully stocked bathroom. The guys even arranged me a tuk tuk to get me to my departure bus station. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The staff was nice to let us check in when we arrived after an early flight. The room was OK, but there was an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. The room was never done during our stay. There is not much around, but it is easy to get to places in tuk tuk or uber.
